Already purchased? Make your videoCan I switch between resolutions?
A purchase adds one pass for the selected resolution. 768P and 2K passes have separate balances and cannot be exchanged or combined. Select that resolution in the generator to use your pass.
What changes with 2K?
Both options use the same model, reference and duration. 2K requests a higher output resolution; it does not guarantee better identity matching, motion or lip sync. Results vary with your photos.
What if generation fails?
A confirmed failed task restores one pass at the same resolution. This is a pass restoration, not a cash refund. For payment refunds, open a support ticket with your order number; requests are reviewed under the terms and applicable law.
